Library offers a vast range of services as follows:
REFERENCE:
The library maintains a separate reference collection consisting of encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, data sheets, CD-ROMs, floppies, audio Cassettes etc. It is open to all its members for reference. Reference books are marked by letter “R”. Users may approach the Reference Desk” for information or any assistance.
XEROX SERVICES:
MAE library has Xerox facility for its users at very concessional rate. The charges for xerox is Rs. 0.50 (A4).
READING HALL COPY/STUDY ROOM BOOKS:
Text books recommended by the faculty for different courses are kept in the reference section. These books can be used in the library against Smart Card. Study room books issued for a night, half hour before closing of the library on all days.
OVERNIGHT ISSUE:
MAE library provides overnight issue of text books for its users. Only one book can be issued to a student against smart card, for overnight use to be returned the next day by 9.30 a.m. A late fee of Rs. 10.00 per day is charged for overdue books.
PAPER CLIPPING SERVICES:
We provide paper clippings from the daily news papers to all the HOD`s related to their subject area of interest. We also display news related to the students on the notice board.
BOOK BANK BOOKS:
MAE library provides an excellent book bank facility/service for all first year students. 10 books are issued to the each students for every semester.
NEW ARRIVALS:
A monthly list of recent addition of text books, reference books, journals & magazines is displayed on the notice board for information of all.
RESOURCE SHARING FROM OTHER LIBRARIES:
The library maintains excellent relations with a number of other libraries. The library has membership of various libraries & information centers for borrowing of books on corporate basis.

- Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune.
